Your Union – the Health Sciences Association of Saskatchewan (HSAS) is a component member of the National Union of Public and General Employees (NUPGE). NUPGE is a union that has over 425,000 Canadian workers who deliver critical public and private services from coast to coast, including a growing network of over 140, 000 healthcare workers.

In November 2024, NUPGE launched a national campaign to amplify your voice and bring attention to the critical work healthcare members do across the country. Abacus Data, a public opinion and market research firm was commissioned as part of the campaign to conduct a confidential and anonymous survey. This survey allowed you as an HSAS member the opportunity to share views, experiences, and ideas for positive change. Below are the published findings from the HSAS member survey and the NUPGE survey.
