For travel north of the 54th parallel, the per kilometer Transportation Rate is $0.6710.

Effective October 1, 2023, mileage rates are as follows:

For travel south of the 54th parallel, the new per kilometer Transportation Rate is $0.6210.

For travel north of the 54th parallel, the new per kilometer Transportation Rate is $0.6710.
