The 2025 HSAS Annual Convention will take place on October 23rd & 24th, 2025 in Regina at the Hotel Saskatchewan.

This year’s theme is “In Union There Is Strength.” Over the two days of Convention, guests and delegates will take part in the Union’s Annual General Meeting as well as hear from a variety of speakers including key note speaker, Tina Varughese.

She inspires audiences with humour, humility, and humanity to transform their workplaces into environments where employees feel empowered to share ideas, ask questions, take risks, and communicate openly without fear of judgment or retribution. The Honourable Don Morgan K.C and Dan Florizone will be sitting down with HSAS Associate Executive Director – Labour Relations, Kim Canning, to talk about building Union Strength through Allyship and Government Relations.

On Thursday, October 23rd from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM there will be a Members’ Reception held in the Regency Ballroom of the Hotel Saskatchewan. This event is open to all members.

The second day of Convention will include the AGM, the Labour Relations Update, and the Members’ Forum.

The 2026 HSAS Annual Convention will take place on October 22nd & 23rd in Saskatoon at the Sheraton Cavalier.
