This Agreement, unless changed by mutual consent of both parties hereto, shall be in force and effect from April 1, 2017 up to and including March 31, 2026 and from year to year thereafter unless notification of desire to renegotiate is given in writing. Such notice shall be given not less than sixty (60) days and not more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the expiry date of this Agreement.
During the term of this Agreement there shall be no strike, no sympathy strike, stoppage, slowdown, deliberate withholding of service, or suspension of work on the part of the Union, its members, or any individual covered by this Agreement, or lockout on the part of the Company.
