ARTICLE 29 – BENEFITS

29.01  The Employer agrees to provide short-term and long-term disability benefits for the Employees who have passed probation.  Employees will be entitled to five (5) days of sick leave before being obligated to apply for disability benefits

29.02  The Employer agrees to continue to provide full extended health benefits for Employees covered by this Agreement.

29.03  Other-than-full-time Employees will be eligible for full benefits if they are scheduled to work three quarters (¾) of full-time hours (1296) over the next year or have worked three quarters (¾) of full-time hours (1296) over the past year.
